Integrity Management Practices in 2025

In 2025, a total of 239 employees completed the online training courses. Regarding integrity management, we follow the Integrity Management Code, which outlines principles, implementation measures, prohibited conduct, and related legal compliance. New employees are also required to sign an integrity clause upon onboarding, with 62 signatures completed, achieving a 100% completion rate. Through these declarations, integrity standards are clearly communicated to employees, helping foster a culture of ethical conduct and compliance. The Board Secretariat has reminded directors and insiders each quarter in 2025 not to trade company stocks during the 30-day period before the annual financial report and the 15-day period before each quarterly report.
