Main Responsibilities:
1. Formulate the direction, strategies, and goals for sustainability, and establish management guidelines and concrete implementation plans.
2. Promote and implement corporate integrity management and risk management.
3. Monitor and track the execution and effectiveness of sustainability initiatives.
4. Assist the Board of Directors in advancing sustainability and corporate governance.
