JPC Human Rights Policy

JPC Connectivity Inc. respects and supports internationally recognized human rights norms and principles, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the United Nations Global Compact, the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the International Labor Organization's Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. . We are committed to taking human rights issues into consideration in every aspect of our operations and clearly demonstrating that we will treat and respect all colleagues with fairness and equity.
JPC Connectivity Inc. policies apply to all companies and locations within the group. We comply with local laws and regulations and reduce human rights risks through internal management mechanisms, while promoting remedial measures to reduce the impact of human rights incidents.
Results of the 2024 Promotion Course: A one-hour "Prevention of Illegal Infringement in the Workplace" promotion course was conducted on 2/23/2024 and 9/13/2024, with a total of 280 participants.

Ensure that employees' salaries and benefits meet or exceed local regulatory requirements, that working hours do not exceed statutory limits, and regularly monitor employee attendance and working hours.

Health and safety in the workplace

We attach great importance to workplace safety and hygiene, so that employees can work in a healthy, safe and caring environment, and have a healthy body and mind. We set zero occupational accidents and the physical and mental health of employees as our goal.

Freedom of association and communication mechanisms

We respect employees' rights to freely associate in accordance with the law, encourage diverse community activities, hold labor-management meetings regularly, and provide smooth communication channels so that employees can express their opinions and receive timely responses.
